1. Access by car:

1.1. Highway accesses

From Paris, take motorwayA1 to Lille and leave it A2 (direction: Bruxelles) after about 100km. After having entered Belgium, follow the signs "E19" and "Bruxelles" for about 50 km. About 2 km after the exit "Nivelles Nord", turn right to follow the direction "Ring Est" / Waterloo / Zaventem. Follow this for about 25 km and after having passed 3 tunnels (one short and two long) take exit no. 2 (marked "Kraainem / Wezembeek-Oppem"). After exting, turn left (follwing the signs "UCL-St-Luc" and passing under the motorway. Head on for about 2 km (3 traffic lights). Immediatly after the "Lukoil" gas station, turn right into the campus and then try to find a parking place (see map).

 

1.2. Regional access

from Brussels downtown, reach the "avenue de Tervueren" to "Woluwe" and follow then the "Boulevard de la Woluwe"; alternatively, use the E-40 highway (direction LIEGE) and leave at exit no. 20 (Woluwe/Kraainem). Follow the signs "UCL- St Luc" and try to find a Parking place (see map)

1.3. General map of the campus

All public (but paying) parkings are in pink. The most accessible parking is "Parking Mounier" close to the East entrance (ccordinates: 50° 51' 00.95"N 4°27' 29.26"E)

The "Auditoires centraux" where the meeting will take place are located at the place highlighted by the black hexagone and is a 5 min walk down the "Avenue Mounier" from the Parking Mounier.
The meeting room is "Auditoire Maisin" at the 1st floor (use the red stairs outside of the building)

 


2. Acces by train and subway

The campus of the UCL-Bruxelles is on line no. 1 of the subway [ "Metro" ] (direction: Stockel) at the station ALMA

CAUTION: if you decide to take a taxi from one of these railway stations (not recommended), DO read the note about the directions to give to the driver.
